Refund and Returns

TSC Event Planners (DBA of TECH SUPPORT CENTRE LLC) is committed to delivering high-quality event planning services. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or adjustments may apply.

1. Deposit and Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your event date and confirm services.
Deposits are non-refundable once services are confirmed, except in cases of cancellation by TSC Event Planners.
The remaining balance is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

2. Client Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before the event: Refund of balance paid minus any non-refundable vendor fees. Deposit may be partially refundable depending on agreements with vendors.
Less than 30 days before the event: Deposit and payments made are non-refundable, as preparation and vendor commitments are already in place.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full payment is retained.

3. Planner Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that TSC Event Planners must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, or force majeure), all amounts paid by the client will be fully refunded.
TSC Event Planners will make reasonable efforts to help reschedule the event if possible.

4. Changes to Event Scope
Any change in the event date, location, or services requested by the client may affect pricing.
Additional fees may apply for modifications requested after contracts are signed.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed via the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund requests may take 5–10 business days to process.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment details for refund transactions.

6. Exceptions
Non-refundable items may include vendor deposits, custom décor orders, catering fees, or third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.
Digital products, custom designs, or one-of-a-kind event materials are not eligible for returns or refunds once delivered.
