All services are subject to availability, prior booking, and agreement between the Client and TSC Event Planners.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings require a signed contract and/or completed payment authorization form.
A deposit is required to secure your event date, as specified in the agreement or invoice.
The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Client cancellations are subject to the Refund & Returns Policy: https://techsupportcentrellc.online/refund-and-returns/
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and vendor commitments.
Planner cancellations will result in a full refund of amounts paid by the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the event, including dates, venue, guest count, and special requirements
Respond to communication from TSC Event Planners in a timely manner
Obtain all necessary permits or approvals for their event (if applicable)
Ensure all payments are made on time according to the agreement
5. Limitation of Liability
TSC Event Planners is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
Acts of third-party vendors
Venue restrictions or policies
Weather conditions or other events beyond our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, photographs, and materials on the website or produced for events are the property of TSC Event Planners.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.
The Planner may use photos or videos of events for promotional purposes unless the client provides written objections.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

Clients consent to the collection, use, and storage of their information for service delivery and communication purposes.
8. Event Changes
